An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading law firm with a global reputation in dispute resolution. The role will involve acting on high-value, cross-border disputes across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on international arbitration and commercial litigation. A recent focus for the team has been on large scale disputes relating to the construction of offshore and onshore energy projects.

The successful candidate will work on complex contractual disputes, representing high-profile clients in matters involving joint ventures, sovereign entities, and large corporations. You will be involved in handling both arbitration and High Court proceedings in jurisdictions worldwide, with an emphasis on the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ PQE in dispute resolution (commercial litigation and arbitration).
  • Strong technical skills in international arbitration and High Court litigation.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload and provide commercially sound advice.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
