Key Responsibilities:
- Corporate real estate joint ventures and structured investments
- Acquisitions and disposals of real estate and real estate-holding structures
- Capital solutions and complex M&A transactions involving real estate
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Collaborating with Real Estate, Tax, Finance and Private Equity teams to deliver integrated solutions.
The suitable candidate will have:
- 5+ years' post-qualification experience
- Strong transactional real estate experience, or experience in a related discipline
- Experience at a leading international law firm
- A track record of working on complex, high-value transactions.
