The work includes:Mergers and acquisitions (buy and sell side)Management buyouts and founder exitsShareholders’ agreements and joint venturesEarly-stage through to private equity investmentGroup restructures and reorganisationsCorporate governance and partnership arrangementsThe role offers responsibility for managing your own matters (appropriate to level of experience), supporting senior colleagues on complex transactions, and supervising delegated work where relevant.As the team continues to grow, there is clear scope for career progression and increasing responsibility.
