Our client’s leading Competition practice in London advises major corporations on complex, high-profile matters, delivering innovative solutions which go beyond traditional Competition law. The firm is seeking a Competition associate (1–3 PQE) to join the London team. You will work across a broad range of matters, including:
- Merger Control & FDI: Advising on transactions before the Competition and Markets Authority and the European Commission, alongside multi-jurisdictional filings
- Compliance & Investigations: Supporting on complex competition issues, including dominance and regulatory investigations
- Litigation: Acting on high-profile, precedent-setting disputes in the UK and internationally
You will gain exposure to sectors such as life sciences, TMT, energy and transport.
Candidate profile:
- 1-3 years’ PQE in Competition law
- Experience from a top-tier firm preferred
- Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
