Our client is looking for a 2-4 PQE Commercial, Technology & Outsourcing Associate to join its Legal 500 recommended team, to work on a broad range of market-leading matters. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Solicitor with a commercial mindset who enjoys negotiating complex agreements and delivering practical, business-focussed advice.
You will have the chance to work across a diverse range of matters, including:
- Commercial contracts
- Technology agreements, including cloud computing, systems development and digital transformation
- Advertising, marketing and adtech
- Outsourcing (BPO, IT and other strategic outsourcing arrangements)
The role spans a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on Retail & Consumer, TMT, Digital, Business Support Services and FinTech.
Candidates of particular interest will have experience in one or more of the following:
- Commercial contracts (B2B & B2C), supply of goods and services, agency, distribution, joint ventures and payment services
- Advertising and marketing, including regulatory investigations
- Technology, AI regulation and advisory work
- Intellectual property and data protection
- Commercial and technology M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestments and joint ventures
