You will join a bright and growing Commercial Services team, working under experienced Partners to deliver a wide range of commercial legal services. From drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (such as supply, distribution, joint venture, outsourcing, IT and data protection contracts) to advising on complex IT, IP, SaaS and outsourcing matters, with guidance from recognised market experts.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements—ranging from straightforward trading contracts to large-scale project and IT-related deals.
- Advise clients on IP/IT matters including licensing, SaaS, cloud, data protection, outsourcing, and technology services.
- Provide clear, commercially focused advice with a high level of technical awareness.
- Work closely with senior Lawyers to deliver client projects and advise innovative businesses.
- Participate in client engagement and business development activities.
About You:
- Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 0–3 years’ PQE in commercial law.
- Experience in commercial contracts, ideally including IT, IP, outsourcing, SaaS, or technology-related agreements.
- Strong drafting, analytical skills and commercial judgment.
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with clients.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, modern firm environment.
