Our international City firm's practice is one of the largest and most diverse globally. The firm is currently seeking a 2-4 PQE associate to join in London, to work on high-value, market-leading transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors. You will advise on a broad range of transactional and projects-related matters, including: M&A, structured transactions and equity financings Project development and project-related work Transactions across the infrastructure and energy transition sectors Legal, commercial and strategic aspects of complex projects and investments Managing transactions and working collaboratively with partners, colleagues and international teams. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading global practice at a time of significant growth across infrastructure, energy transition and major projects.
