This is a strong opportunity for a junior to mid-level transactional lawyer to become part of a genuinely international practice with an impressive cross-border client base and a steady flow of complex, high-value work across the wider infrastructure and energy sectors.The team advises on transactions spanning renewables, conventional power, mining, oil & gas, digital infrastructure and broader energy transition projects, acting for a diverse mix of corporates, investment funds, financial institutions and public sector bodies. The work is notably international in nature, offering exposure to multi-jurisdictional transactions and the opportunity to work alongside colleagues across a well-connected global platform.This is a collaborative and well-supported environment, with a reputation for combining high-quality work with a collegiate culture.
