Corporate Restructuring (1–2 PQE) London
My US firm client is seeking an associate to join its leading London Corporate Restructuring team.
The practice advises companies, boards, sponsors, creditors and investors on complex cross-border restructurings, insolvency-related disputes, special situations and private capital transactions. Associates work closely with teams across M&A, Private Equity, Finance, Capital Markets and Disputes on high-profile international matters.

Applicants should ideally have:
• 1–2 years’ PQE in Restructuring/Insolvency
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
