Real Estate Solicitor (1–4 PQE) – In-House Role | Bradford (Hybrid)
A growing, tech-enabled company is seeking to add a 1-4 PQE Property Counsel. This unique company provides key back-office services to telecoms giants and household brands
The Role
The Legal Counsel will manage their own portfolio of real estate matters, including:
- Lease renewals, Wayleave, licences, assignments, and landlord/tenant issues
- Stakeholder engagement and process improvement initiatives
- Supporting team development and contributing to knowledge-sharing
This is a hybrid role based in Bradford (minimum two days per week in office), using the latest legal tech and supported by an experienced Senior Manager.
Candidate Profile
- Qualified solicitors with 1–4 years’ PQE (CILEX also considered)
- Interest or experience in wayleaves, telecoms infrastructure, or Code powers
