Job Description
Real Estate Disputes – Junior to Mid-Level Associate – London
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented junior to mid-level lawyer to join a market-leading real estate disputes team in London. This group advises a stellar roster of investors, developers, landlords, tenants, financiers, and major corporates across the full spectrum of contentious property matters, from big-ticket litigation to complex portfolio management issues.
The work is high-profile, varied, and intellectually challenging. The team regularly acts on development-related disputes such as contested site assembly, rights of light, easements, and possession issues, as well as landlord and tenant matters including lease renewals, rent reviews, dilapidations, and service charge disputes. They also have a strong track record in urgent injunction work, CPO and compensation claims, insolvency disputes, and professional negligence claims.
You will work closely with leading practitioners on matters often involving substantial commercial assets and significant cross-border elements. The role offers early responsibility, direct client contact, and the chance to build a strong advocacy skill set — with Higher Rights qualification training provided in-house.
Requirements:
- 1–2.5 years’ PQE in real estate disputes (more or less considered)
- England & Wales qualified, or recent disputes experience in this jurisdiction
- Strong technical ability, commercial awareness, and excellent drafting skills
This is an outstanding chance to join a top-tier team, handle high-value work for first-class clients, and develop your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.
