Job Description

We are keen to speak with Employment Lawyers who have experience conducting workplace investigations, particularly those involving bullying, harassment, and sexual harassment.Successful candidates will typically have a minimum of 3-4 years' post-qualification experience, and be qualified Lawyers in England & Wales or another common law jurisdiction (such as New Zealand or Australia, for example).This is a unique opportunity to undertake a three-month secondment with a major organisation in the technology and entertainment sector.Due to the urgent nature of this requirement, candidates who are available immediately or at short notice will be prioritised.The role requires attendance at the London office two days per week.

Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate must be able to demonstrate:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (such as Australia and/or New Zealand).
  • Upwards of 3 years' PQE specialising in a full range of Employment Law matters.
  • Experience in handling workplace investigations, particularly those involving bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
  • The ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • The ability to spend 2 days a week in a London office.
  • The capacity to start a new role immediately or at short notice.
