This prestigious global law firm boasts a market-leading Corporate Insurance practice, acting for a blue-chip roster of insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and asset managers. The team advises on the full spectrum of corporate and regulatory matters, including restructurings, business sales, capital raisings, and public M&A.

Ranked consistently at the top of the legal directories, the team benefits from a unique position within the firm’s broader financial institutions group. Associates are encouraged to develop deep sectoral knowledge, yet enjoy the flexibility to work across the financial services spectrum—touching on Fintech, joint ventures, and broader regulatory issues alongside core corporate insurance matters.

Following a period of sustained growth and in anticipation of increased market consolidation, the Partners are now seeking an ambitious mid-level Associate. The successful candidate will join a high-performing, collegiate group, with the opportunity to work on some of the most significant transactions in the sector.

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

  • 3 + years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law;
  • Strong academic credentials;
  • Experience advising insurance sector clients on corporate matters;

  • Confidence navigating high-value, high-complexity matters.
