The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Our client is a Top 50 firm in London seeking to hire a construction disputes Lawyer for a contract of 6-12 months in duration, with the potential to become a permanent position. Due to the required start date, successful Lawyers must be available immediately or at short notice.

The team acts for a range of public and private sector clients, including local authorities and NHS trusts, further and higher education colleges as well as funders, developers, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.

The successful construction disputes Lawyer can expect to be involved in adjudication, litigation and/or arbitration, and advise on potential disputes and disputes regarding the main industry standard form construction contracts, such as JCT, NEC, etc.

Successful candidates are likely to be qualified in England & Wales, or another commonwealth jurisdiction (Australia and/or New Zealand, for example), and possess upwards of 2 years' PQE in handling a full range of construction disputes matters. Experience at a leading City, international, or top-tier regional firm is highly desirable.
