We are currently working closely with a market-leading ALSP that is looking to connect with mid-level commercial Lawyers who have experience in marketing, advertising, and procurement. This is for a 3-month assignment with a consumer-focused company. The role will be remote, but requires individuals to be based in England, Wales or Scotland.
The successful individual can expect to work across the following contracts:
- Creative Services Agreements
- Professional Services Agreements (marketing consultants, marketing research, PR)
- Print Management Agreements
- Media Agreements
- Miscellaneous Agreements (promotions, sponsorship, funding, others)
- SaaS Agreements for creative services or advertising services
Candidates are likely to be qualified commercial Solicitors in England & Wales, and possess upwards of 3 years’ PQE. Due to the desired start date, candidates are likely to be available immediately or at short notice.
