About isClean
isClean is a new home cleaning brand launching in August 2026 and we're looking for the person who's going to help us launch it! You'll be in from day one, building anticipation before we go live, owning the launch moment, and growing a community of people who genuinely love a beautiful, considered home. We're launching in both the UK and Australia and this role sits at the heart of all of it.
The role
- You'll be building the strategy from the ground up, creating buzz before we launch, turning that buzz into a community on launch day, and then converting that community into loyal isClean customers.
- Build and execute a pre-launch social strategy that creates anticipation and gets people excited before we're even on shelves.
- Own the launch moment across Instagram and TikTok in both the UK and Australia.
- Continue building momentum post-launch, growing an engaged community and turning followers into customers.
- Develop and deliver platform-specific organic social strategies, creating content that is promotional, educational and community-led.
- Film, edit and post content regularly, bringing the isClean world to life in a way that feels elevated and considered.
- Come up with fresh creative concepts and content ideas that resonate with audiences across both the UK and Australia.
- Schedule and publish content across platforms, maintaining a consistent and on-brand presence.
- Monitor competitor activity, audience behaviour and platform performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimise results.
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and DMs and building genuine connections with our audience.
- Work closely with the marketing manager on brand messaging and campaign direction.
- Support paid media with content.
- Drive high-performing content with a focus on organic growth, reach and engagement.
About you
- 2+ years experience in social media, content creation or a similar role, ideally within a cleaning, home, lifestyle or consumer brand.
- Proven track record of creating content that performs, we want to see something you're proud of.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform culture and emerging content formats.
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera, with the ability to create authentic content that feels native to each platform.
- Strong script writing, filming, editing and production skills using mobile-first tools and apps.
- A natural eye for elevated, premium content that reflects a design-led brand.
- Ability to interpret and consistently represent the isClean tone of voice, visual identity and brand values.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
