About the Role

The Product Manager shapes and delivers a product portfolio that drives the company’s strategy forward. They take ownership of product performance across the full lifecycle—from initial concept through to retirement—ensuring every product remains relevant, competitive, and commercially strong. As the voice of the customer, they bring deep insight into market dynamics, customer needs, and product value. They translate complex technical capabilities into clear, compelling outcomes that resonate with customers and differentiate the offer in the market. Working cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, digital, operations, and sales, they align teams around a shared vision and guide delivery from early discovery through to global launch and beyond. With a focus on scalable, high-impact solutions, the Product Manager ensures the portfolio not only meets today’s demands but is built to adapt, evolve, and succeed over time.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Shape and manage the product portfolio across its full lifecycle, from initial concept through to retirement, ensuring products stay competitive and aligned to business goals.
  • Define and drive the product roadmap, using customer insight, market trends, and performance data to continuously refine direction.
  • Work closely with engineering, digital, operations, marketing, and sales to deliver product initiatives from discovery through to launch and ongoing optimisation.
  • Build a strong understanding of customer needs and market opportunities, translating them into clear product strategies, positioning, and value propositions.
  • Lead the development and launch of new products, from early concept and business case through to go‑to‑market execution and post‑launch improvement.
  • Make informed decisions on product investment, including build vs buy, pricing, and prioritisation, to maximise commercial success.
  • Act as a key advocate for the product, engaging with customers and internal teams to gather insight, communicate value, and drive adoption.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of delivering products across the full lifecycle.
  • Strong ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and translate customer and market needs into actionable plans.
  • Experience driving commercial outcomes, including pricing, business cases, and supporting complex opportunities or programmes.
  • Solid understanding of requirements management and translating technical capabilities into clear product propositions.
  • Confident stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a proactive and hands‑on approach.
  • Good understanding of digital or technology‑enabled solutions; technical background is advantageous.
  • Clear, concise communicator who can simplify complex ideas and turn them into practical, scalable solutions.
