Salary: £37,000 per year negotiable plus service charge

Independent 50-bedroom hotel with award winning restaurant, located in the idyllic Warwickshire countryside. Specialising in high end luxury dining & private events for 150 guests. Working in stunning surroundings and in a property packed with character, we are looking for a Rosette experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of this award-winning restaurant.

With a full team onboard to run the 60-cover restaurant, we need someone who is looking to make a difference to the team and the restaurant service within the hotel. Already holding multiple Rosettes, we are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to be a real front of house and F&B expert, leading from the front with employee engagement, training, guest interaction and an eye for detail being paramount to the success of this role.

If you have a stable and steady career within Rosette environment as a Restaurant Manager or similar, please get in touch. We need good people with excellent people management skills and the knowledge to get the job done!
