JWR is recruiting a passionate Food & Beverage Manager for an established four-star coastal hotel in Devon, enjoying spectacular sea views and a prime coastal location.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on hospitality leader to develop a strong team, shape service standards and deliver memorable dining experiences within a busy hotel.

The Role
You'll lead the day-to-day Food & Beverage operation, setting the standard for warm, attentive service and creating an environment where your team can thrive.
Responsibilities include:
Leading from the front during service, maintaining a visible presence with guests and colleagues.
Recruiting, training and developing an engaged team.
Managing rotas to balance business demand with effective staffing.
Building excellent menu knowledge and encouraging confident recommendations.
Taking ownership of guest feedback and resolving concerns professionally.
Working closely with the kitchen and wider hotel team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Requirements
You'll be an experienced Food & Beverage Manager or an accomplished Assistant F&B Manager ready for your next step, ideally with a background in quality hotels.
A confident communicator and natural team leader, you'll bring a passion for hospitality, a practical approach and a commitment to consistently high standards.
This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
