Our client is seeking an exceptional Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of a beautiful hotel in the Weybridge area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and ambitious chef who takes pride in producing outstanding food and thrives in a high-quality hospitality environment.

Working closely with the Executive Head Chef, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences across our restaurant, private dining, weddings, corporate events, and functions.

The Role

As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, maintaining the highest culinary standards, and leading the team in the Head Chef's absence. You will be hands-on, organised, and driven by quality, ensuring every dish leaves the kitchen to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in leading and motivating a professional kitchen brigade.
  • Deliver consistently high-quality food across restaurant, banqueting and events operations.
  • Support menu development using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
  • Maintain excellent food presentation and attention to detail.
  • Manage kitchen operations during service and oversee junior chefs.
  • Monitor stock control, ordering, GP targets.
