We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting into the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports strong kitchen teams, and consistently delivers exceptional food standards across a varied operation. The Role
- Support the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations
- Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service in the absence of the Head Chef
- Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation standards
- Assist with seasonal menu development and implementation
- Help manage stock control, food costs, and kitchen budgets
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Train, support, and develop junior chefs within the team
