Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade of an award-winning luxury destination spa in Leicestershire.
Working alongside the senior kitchen team, youll help lead the brigade and deliver consistently high-quality food across a premium guest operation.
Youll also support training, stock control and the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
About You
- Previous
Sous Chef or senior chef experience in a professional kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills and a genuine passion for quality.
- Good knowledge of food safety, allergens and dietary requirements.
- Experience with stock control and ordering.
- Confident leading, motivating and developing a team.
- Calm, organised and able to maintain high standards under pressure.
