JWR is currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join an experienced and quality vs quantity orientated operation in the South Kensington area. You will be supporting an experienced kitchen team in running this very successful restaurant.
A love for food and hospitality, along with the drive to deliver exceptional experiences to each guest, are a must. This includes sourcing amazing ingredients, keeping up with food trends, and celebrating tradition and heritage.
