We are currently recruiting a dynamic and proactive Sales Manager – MICE to target corporate group business across this great hotel company in the Kent areas. This role demands a strategic self-starter who understands the hotel hospitality landscape and can build strong relationships with corporate MICE clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, converting, and managing new corporate MICE accounts, with a particular focus on high-yield opportunities. Regular travel within the UK for trade shows, sales missions, and client meetings is a core part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
Proactive Sales & Business Development
- Actively identify and secure new MICE business from corporate clients, including finance, legal, consultancy, and global brands.
- Prospect new opportunities via client meetings, cold calls, networking, and industry events.
