A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercial Events Sales Office Manager to join a beautiful country house hotel in Oxfordshire. This is a key role within the commercial team, responsible for driving and converting inbound enquiries while ensuring exceptional delivery and communication is achieved throughout the hotel.

We are seeking a confident, organised and commercially minded individual with a proven background in hotel-based Event sales and a strong working knowledge of OPERA PMS.

The Role:

  • Take ownership of the inbound enquiries.
  • Manage and set performance goals with your team of coordinators, ensuring enquiries are converted efficiently and events are flawlessly managed from enquiry to hand over for delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivery of the strategy for all market segments to maximise the sales and revenue of the hotel, ensuring that all revenue opportunities are capitalised.
  • Oversee the yield management of function space and bedroom inventory to maximise sales, revenue and profitability.
