We are looking for a passionate and driven assistant Food and Beverage Manager with a strong background within the 4-star UK hotel market looking to further their career within this luxury award-winning venue.
As assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will need to demonstrate a solid track history within the quality hotel market across the restaurant, conference and banqueting, and lounge/bar areas.
You should have great people skills and be at your best driving the business forwards. You will be highly organised, with great attention to detail and possess excellent communication skills.
A real passion for training/coaching and a love for staff development is essential. You will have strong commercial and financial skills and be looking to stamp your mark on this outstanding operation.
Working mixed shifts, 5 over 7.
