Operations Manager F&B Bias - Luxury Hotel Buckinghamshire | Β£50,000 + Service Charge We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager F&B Bias to join a prestigious luxury hotel in Buckinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded hospitality professional to take overall ownership of the hotel's F&B operation , including Restaurants, Bars, Events, Banqueting and the Kitchen operation . Reporting directly to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager , you will play a key role within the senior operational team and be responsible for ensuring consistently high standards across the entire F&B department. The Role You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day performance of the entire F&B operation to ensure seamless delivery between front and back of house. Key responsibilities will include: Overall leadership of all Food & Beverage operations Managing the Executive Chef and Kitchen brigade Leading Restaurants, Bars, Banqueting, Events and private dining managers Driving exceptional guest service and standards Managing and developing the F&B management and wider team Taking ownership of departmental budgets, revenue and costs Improving F&B profitability and commercial performance Ensuring excellent communication between F&B, Kitchen and wider hotel operations Supporting menu development, service standards and guest experience Recruitment, training, coaching and succession planning Ensuring compliance with health & safety, licensing and food safety standards About You We are looking for a strong operational F&B leader who enjoys being visible and hands-on within a luxury hotel environment. You will ideally have: Proven experience in a senior F&B management/operations role Experience within a luxury or high-end full-service hotel Strong understanding of both front and back of house F&B operations Excellent knowledge of restaurants, banqueting and events A genuine understanding of kitchen operations and the ability to work effectively with senior chefs Strong commercial and financial awareness Excellent leadership and people-development skills A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences The confidence and credibility to operate as part of a senior hotel leadership team This role would suit an F&B Director, Operations Manager or senior hotelier looking for a broader operational position where they can genuinely influence the overall guest experience and commercial performance of the F&B within the property.
