We're working with an exciting, high-profile hospitality destination to recruit a talented Sous Chef to support a high-performing kitchen team. This is a key leadership role, working closely with the Head Chef to deliver an exceptional guest dining experience. You'll be hands-on in service, lead and develop the brigade, uphold impeccable food standards, and help drive consistency, creativity and operational excellence across the kitchen.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations and leading in their absence
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency
  • Supervising, training and motivating the kitchen team
