A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and proactive MICE Sales Manager to join a well-appointed, independent 80-bedroom hotel set in a beautiful waterfront location in Hampshire. This is a newly created position designed to further grow market share across MICE, groups, and rooms business.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in driving revenue, developing relationships, and positioning the hotel as a leading meetings and events destination in the region.
