JWR is recruiting an experienced Hotel Manager for a well-established property in Central London, forming part of a small group of hotels. We are looking for a strong, hands-on hotel operator who enjoys being highly visible within the business, leading from the front and ensuring consistently high standards across all areas of the guest journey.
The Role
This is very much an operational leadership position, taking responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the hotel and creating a positive, service-led culture across the team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Taking ownership of the day-to-day hotel operation
- Leading, motivating and developing the hotel team
- Being highly visible across the property and leading from the front
- Driving exceptional guest service and consistently high operational standards
- Supporting and developing Heads of Department
- Ensuring Front Office, Housekeeping and all guest-facing areas operate effectively
- Managing staffing levels, rotas and operational requirements
- Handling guest feedback and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Maintaining excellent presentation and property standards
- Ensuring health & safety and operational compliance
