We are recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting into the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports strong kitchen teams, and consistently delivers exceptional food standards across a varied operation. This role will support multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, helping ensure consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role

  • Support the Head Chef and Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day running of kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Ensure consistently high food quality and presentation standards
  • Assist with seasonal menu development and implementation
  • Help manage stock control, food costs, and kitchen budgets
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
  • Train, support, and develop junior chefs within the team

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up within a quality-led hospitality environment
  • Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Strong leadership skills with a calm and organised approach
  • Commercial awareness with understanding of food cost and stock control
