A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Restaurant and Bar Manager to join a lovely property located near Milton Keynes, Hertfordshire. This is a key leadership role within the Food & Beverage team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest service across the lounge, restaurant, and bar, while leading and developing a team of approximately 30 full-time and part-time staff.
The Role of Restaurant and Bar Manager
- Lead, manage and inspire a team of 30 FT/PT team members
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the lounge, restaurant, and bar
- Drive consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage rotas, staffing levels, and team development
- Ensure smooth service delivery across all outlets
- Support stock control, cost management, and departmental performance
- Work a 40-hour week within a supportive management structure

- Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or F&B management role
- Strong team leadership experience within hospitality
