A beautiful boutique hotel located in the heart of Central London is seeking a talented and driven Assistant Hotel Manager to join its leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-quality environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the overall day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments.
- Support the Hotel Manager in leading and managing Front Office, Maintenance, Housekeeping and F&B teams, maintaining the highest standards.
- Collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety standards, particularly within Food & Beverage operations.
- Assist in staff training, development, and performance management.
- Uphold the standards expected of a 4-star (or above) property.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
- Experience within boutique and/or independent hotels is preferred.
- Proven leadership across multiple hotel departments, including Front Office and Housekeeping.
- Strong working knowledge of Opera Cloud PMS.
- Solid understanding of Food & Beverage operations, with a focus on health & safety.
- Background in 4-star or higher-rated properties.
- Experience working in London is highly desirable.
Important: Applications will only be considered from candidates who meet the requirement of having 2-3 years' experience in a Rooms Division Manager or Hotel Operations Manager role, ideally within London.
