The Role
- Lead all F&B operations across the restaurant, bar, lounges, events, and private dining.
- Deliver consistently high service standards through hands-on leadership and team coaching.
- Drive staff training, development, engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain excellent communication across all departments and with senior leadership.
- Take responsibility for commercial and financial areas including:
- Wage and rota control
- Food and beverage stock management
- Supplier ordering and negotiations
- Reducing wastage and maximising profitability
