This well-regarded property prides itself on delivering high standards across its guest rooms and public areas, and is seeking a strong leader to oversee the housekeeping operation.
The Role
As Head Housekeeper, you will take full responsibility for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards throughout the hotel. Leading and motivating your housekeeping team, you will ensure that guest bedrooms and public areas consistently meet the expectations of a quality four-star environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day Housekeeping operation
- Leading, training and scheduling the housekeeping team
- Maintaining high standards across guest bedrooms and public areas
- Managing stock, linen and housekeeping supplies
- Working closely with Reception and Maintenance to ensure rooms are prepared and maintained efficiently
- Monitoring standards, quality control and departmental organisation

- Currently working as a Head Housekeeper within a hotel environment
- Strong experience managing housekeeping teams
- Background working within UK hotels
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

The Package
- Β£37,000 basic salary
