As Head Chef and will work closely alongside the general manager, pushing this already highly popular pub to the next level, with a strong focus on high quality seasonal British pub food with a modern twist, using the best produce from the local areas including our client's own home-reared pure-bred cattle, naturally grazed lamb & Middle White pigs.
