The Role
As Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and inspiring a team of skilled chefs across multiple cuisines

- Managing stock, budgets, and kitchen efficiency
- Developing menus and introducing new culinary innovations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong knowledge of multi-cuisine buffet-style cooking
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and time-management skills
- Passion for food and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience
