What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef within a luxury hotel environment is essential. A passion for delivering exceptional food and maintaining the highest culinary standards. Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills. Commercial awareness with experience managing food costs, labour and kitchen performance. Experience across multiple dining concepts is highly desirable. Knowledge or experience of Japanese cuisine would be a distinct advantage, although it is not essential.
