We are recruiting for an experienced Head Chef to join a prestigious, multi-outlet luxury hospitality venue. Reporting directly to the Executive Head Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for a passionate chef who thrives on leading from the front, developing high-performing teams, and consistently delivering exceptional food standards across a varied operation. This role will oversee multiple kitchens and restaurant outlets, ensuring consistency, quality, and smooth service delivery across the wider food offering.

The Role

  • Support the Executive Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen operations
  • Lead and motivate the kitchen brigade during service
