An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Shift Engineer to join a luxury hotel establishment in the heart of Berkshire. The client is proud of their strong customer relationships and friendly atmosphere and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor who can deliver on the upkeeping of the building.
Due to the demand to service their discerning clients, they are looking for like-minded individuals who have worked in similar high-end accommodation with experience in maintenance operations to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Shift Engineer you will be responsible for:
- Health & Safety of the property
- Maintaining daily logs of all maintenance issues with the team and ensuring all work is carried out
- Working in a small team of engineers
- Supporting other engineers in daily tasks & duties
- Improving quality control and service throughout the building
- Implementing and ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to at all times along with the team
- Regular meetings with the Chief Engineer to discuss maintenance issues and resolving problems
