JWR is currently recruiting for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food, adept at managing operations, and dedicated to ensuring a memorable dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily Restaurant/F&B/Event operations, manage reservations, and ensure efficient service using restaurant POS systems.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor the front-of-house team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high service standards.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure guests receive top-notch service, manage feedback effectively, and handle special requests with professionalism.
  • Menu and Beverage Program: Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to develop seasonal menus and maintain food and beverage quality standards.
  • Compliance and Safety: Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety.
  • Marketing and Events: Partner with the marketing team to promote the restaurant through events, promotions, and social media initiatives.
  • Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain cost efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and events, including kitchen and bar management.
  • Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
