Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate General Manager who will be able to grow their teams through leadership and training, deliver and maintain the high standards required and who loves to see guests having an epic time. A strong understanding knowledge of fine dining rosette or above experience in a restaurant business is essential.

As a General Manager you will be responsible for:
- All profit and loss accounts
- Used to running very busy high quality fine dining restaurants
- Driving revenue through various sales and marketing tools
- Used to high volume over £100k+ a week
- Making sure training & developing plan is in focus at all levels
- Has to have volume experience
- Strategy planning
- Strong knowledge on steps of service
- Used to dealing with senior Directors and owners
- Be commercially minded
- Planning, organising and coming up with creative working ideas

- Strong man management skills

The Ideal candidate will be:
- Experienced in a similar high volume lifestyle operation at General Manager or above within restaurants or 5* hotels
- Be able to work with teams of over 100+ staff
- Must have strong financial understanding
- Must have multi faceted experience
- Understanding of Pan Asian cuisine would be an advantage
- Be able to work in a high demanding environment
- Must be a people person
- Able to instruct clear instructions to the senior management team and staff members
- Good commercial knowledge of London
- Understand about new openings and strategies
- Must be flexible in working hours
- Confident in dealing with owner/Directors
- Used to being in a Senior General Manager or Director level background
- Be proactive and being able to think on their feet
- Used to dealing with different types of clientele with customer service being the top priority
