James Webber Recruitment is recruiting for an experienced Hotel General Manager to lead the overall operation of this well-established hotel.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused hospitality professional with a proven background in hotel operations, food & beverage and conference & events.

As Hotel General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and financial performance of the hotel, leading a talented management team while driving revenue, profitability, guest satisfaction and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy full-service hotel.

Drive revenue growth and maximise profitability through effective commercial leadership.

Oversee a substantial conference, meetings, banqueting and weddings operation.

Lead and develop Heads of Department, creating a high-performing management team.

Manage full P&L, budgeting, forecasting and payroll control.

Ensure high standards across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Conference & Events and Maintenance.

Build strong relationships with owners, corporate clients and local businesses.

Drive sales performance across bedrooms, food & beverage and meetings & events.

The Successful Candidate We are looking for an experienced Hotel General Manager who can demonstrate: Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or experienced Deputy General Manager within a quality full-service hotel.

Experience managing hotels with 110+ bedrooms.

Strong operational knowledge across all hotel departments.

Significant experience managing conference, banqueting, weddings and events.

Full commercial responsibility including P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.

A hands-on management style with a passion for delivering exceptional hospitality.

Performance-related bonus.
