The Role- Lead and manage the hotel's multi-outlet food and beverage operation
- Drive exceptional service standards across restaurant, bar, lounge, events, and other F&B outlets
- Recruit, train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Work closely with senior management to deliver departmental objectives and guest satisfaction targets
- Manage budgets, forecasting, labour costs, stock control, and departmental profitability
- Ensure operational standards, compliance, and service consistency are maintained at all times
