Only 20 minute's drive from Chester, a modern & recognised hotel company is recruiting for an experienced F&B Manager.
We need a people person who can lead from the front and be very hands on with supporting the team with the day to day running of this modern, relaxed hotel with Restaurant, Bar and meeting facilities for up to 200 guests.
* As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the Restaurant, Lounge bar and Conference and Events. You will be able to show us your passion for and understanding of good food and great wine.
This position will suit a strong Assistant F&B Manager or Head of Department Manager looking for a career move.
* A stable career within a branded hotel ideally or similar
* Has strong Food and Beverage Background with a good knowledge of running events.
* Good Knowledge of running the hotel restaurant& bar and keep a cool head when it gets busy during the peak season.
