The Experience Required:
Able to manage and drive your team to deliver a great guest journey.
Be a natural leader, inspire and mentor your workforce at all times through your effective communication skills and naturally hands on ability
A true Host, able to lead from the front, demonstrating your exceptional communication skills coupled with attention to detail, passion for service and genuine love of speaking with your guests.
Strong Financial acumen, able to control your GP's across the outlets, able to effectively manage your staff wage costs keeping them in line with agreed targets
Strong Commercial acumen, ability to step back and analyse and develop your offerings to ensure you are exceeding the guest expectation
Personable with excellent communications skills, we are in need of a people manager, this is not an office based role but one that encourages an open door management style
