We are seeking a highly proactive and commercially driven Conference & Events Sales Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events within our hotel. This role is responsible for maximising revenue opportunities, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and execution of MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) events.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through effective sales strategies.
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and guests.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the event process.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £42.5k + Bonuses
Location: Farnham, Surrey
