JWR is delighted to be working with a premium destination-led resort in Devon, seeking an experienced and commercially driven Food & Beverage Manager to lead the full resort F&B operation. This is a senior operational leadership opportunity within a high-quality multi-outlet environment, overseeing restaurant and bar operations, weddings and events, in-room dining and resort-wide guest experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving standards, commercial performance and team culture across a fast-paced and growing hospitality business.

The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will take full ownership of all food and beverage operations across the resort, ensuring exceptional service delivery, strong financial performance and seamless guest experiences across every outlet. You will:
- Lead all restaurant, bar and lounge operations across the resort
- Oversee weddings, conferences, banqueting and private dining events
- Manage in-room dining and resort food delivery operations
- Drive revenue growth, labour control and stock management
- Maintain exceptional service standards and presentation throughout
- Ensure compliance across food safety, licensing and Health & Safety
- Oversee EPOS systems, PMS integration and reservation platforms
- Lead, develop and structure a high-performing F&B team
- Work collaboratively with Rooms, Revenue, Leisure and Events departments
- Remain highly visible within the operation, leading from the front daily
Requirements
We are looking for a confident and highly organised hospitality leader with proven multi-outlet resort experience and strong commercial awareness. You will have:
- Previous Food & Beverage Manager experience within a hotel or resort environment
- Strong multi-outlet operational experience including restaurant, bar, weddings and banqueting
- Minimum 5 years' relevant hospitality leadership experience
- Proven people leadership and team development capability
- Strong organisational, administration and operational planning skills
- Excellent financial understanding including payroll, forecasting and stock control
- Sound knowledge of licensing, food safety and Health & Safety compliance
- Experience managing EPOS systems, PMS integration and guest journey systems
- A calm, visible and hands-on leadership style
- Strong and consistent career references
