Are you a strong, hands-on Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment? Do you know how to lead large teams, deliver exceptional guest experiences and keep service standards high across busy restaurant operations and private events?

We are recruiting for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at a vibrant and exciting dining destination bringing together the bold flavours of Asia with popular US grill favourites in a modern, high-energy setting. This restaurant delivers a lively dining experience in a stylish setting, catering for high guest volumes, large bookings and private functions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident hospitality professional with experience managing restaurants of 100+ covers and coordinating private events while maintaining outstanding service standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager within a busy, high-volume restaurant
  • Experience managing operations for 100+ covers
  • Strong background in private dining, events or functions
  • Hotel restaurant experience would be highly advantageous
  • A hands-on leader who can motivate and develop a large team
  • Excellent service standards and strong floor presence
  • Commercially aware with experience managing labour, stock and GP performance
  • Calm under pressure with a genuine passion for hospitality
