An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly talented Head Chef with a Michelin-starred background to lead the culinary vision of an exciting new luxury venue set within the stunning South Downs and just a stone's throw from the sea front. With an anticipated August start ahead of an exciting October/November opening, the successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to be involved in every stage of the operation.

The Opportunity

  • Lead the creation, development, and delivery of the food offering
  • Design and develop innovative menus with complete creative input
  • Build, recruit, and mentor your own kitchen brigade
  • Work closely with ownership on the overall culinary vision and guest experience
  • Be involved in the planning and development of a brand-new kitchen design and layout
  • Establish standards, systems, and culture from day one

About You

  • Proven RECENT experience within a Michelin-starred environment operating at Senior Sous or Head Chef level
  • Ambitious, creative, and looking for the opportunity to build a recognised name for yourself
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Passionate about exceptional produce, detail, and guest experience
  • Calm, organised, and commercially aware; exceptional commercial and financial acumen able to manage your environment costing food GP and wage%

Package

  • £60,000 - £65,000 basic salary (commensurate with experience)
