An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and commercially focused Food & Beverage Director to join a prestigious luxury country house hotel in Yorkshire. This stunning property is renowned for its high standards, award-winning dining experiences, luxury accommodation, weddings, events and premium guest service. We are seeking a charismatic and hands-on leader who can elevate the overall F&B offering whilst driving financial performance, service excellence and team engagement.

The successful candidate will oversee all food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, lounges, bars, private dining, weddings and events. Working closely with the senior leadership team and Executive Chef, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey and enhancing the commercial success of the estate.

The Role:

  • Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage operation across all departments
  • Drive service excellence and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction levels
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
  • Oversee weddings, events and high-end banqueting operations
  • Manage budgets, payroll, forecasting and departmental financial performance
  • Recruit, mentor and develop a high-performing management team
  • Ensure operational standards, compliance and luxury service delivery are consistently achieved
  • Work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance the overall guest experience
